Prof. Dr. Klaus Peter Ebke is biologist. After his PhD at the Technical University of Munich he performed mesocosm studies at an american contract laboratory for pesticide registration purposes. He is the principal scientist of MESOCOSM GmbH. As professor lecturer at the university of Münster and the RheinMain / University of Applied Sciences he teaches topics in ecotoxicology and (micro-) biology.

In the scientific society he is engaged in SETAC Europe-German Language Branch as council member since 2001 and is manager of the post-gradual training course for ecotoxicologists offerd by SETAC GLB and the Society of German Chemists.

Marlene Ebke is veterinarian and works in the Quality Assurance. Mrs. Ebke is experienced is in fish-health and -culturing in pond systems.

Petra Stegger is biologist and started her carrier as biological laboratory technician at the department Ecotoxicology of the Ferderal Institut of Hydrology, Koblenz and than studied biology. Since 1999 she is involved in mesocosm studies and did taxonomic identification. She is study director and head of the laboratory of MESOCOSM GmbH.

Dr. László studied landscape ecology, is study director and leads the department R&D. He is specialised on macrophytes.

Dr. Karin Neugebaur-Büchler studied biology and chemistry. From 1985 to 1988 she did her PhD at the institute of Prof. Dr. W. Huber, Technical University of Munich, later she conducted several mesocosm studies till 1992. After the birth of her son she worked part time as algologist. In 1998 Dr. Neugebaur-Büchler set up herself in taxonomy and Quality Assurance. She is algologist of MESOCOSM GmbH.

Peter Kaluza worked in the Quality Assurance Department for a big plant protection company between 1989 and 2001. In 1994 he became QA manager. Peter founded his own company, Kaluza Quality, in 2000. As a major part of his business he provides his GLP experience to several companies. His company is acting as external QA, provides (in-house) training and gives advice to Quality Management matters.
